Refund policy

Our promise
If your ornament arrives broken, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send it back.

How to claim
Email support@thelittlemvp.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the ornament and packaging.

Personalized items
Every LittleMVP ornament is made to order with the name, number and year you entered. We can't accept returns for change of mind or for spelling mistakes typed at checkout, so please check the preview before you order.

Cancellations and changes
Need to cancel or fix a typo? Email us within 12 hours of ordering, before production starts, for a full refund or a corrected ornament.

Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 14 business days, contact us. We'll help, including a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
