If your ornament arrives broken, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send it back.
How to claim
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging.
Personalized items
Each ornament is custom-made, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or for spelling mistakes typed at checkout. Please check the name, number and year in the preview before ordering.
Cancellations
Cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund, before production starts.
Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 14 business days, contact us and we'll help, including a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
